CW Collaborative Solutions was founded by Cathy Wiedwald, a healthcare leader with more than 35 years of industry experience. Cathy began her healthcare career in 1990 in an entry-level position with a national clinical laboratory in New Jersey. Through hard work, determination, and a passion for helping others, she advanced into healthcare sales, leadership, and management.

Throughout her career, Cathy has developed extensive education and experience in healthcare operations, laboratory support services, clinical and pathology growth, patient experience, employee engagement, blood donor program development, community outreach, and leadership development. She has a proven record of implementing patient-centered strategies that strengthen employee engagement, enhance the patient experience, and improve Press Ganey scores. Cathy believes that successful organizations are built on trust, communication, consistency, collaboration, and strong relationships.
